When you book with Lahoney Hair you are agreeing to our T&C's and you are aware of these terms and conditions when proceeding with a booking.
Our goal is to always provide you with the highest standard of both hairdressing services and in salon experiences whilst in our care. In order to do that, we need to draw your attention to the following important requirements
Lahoney Hair reserves the right to refuse a service to any individual we deem necessary. Any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
To allow us to prioritise and secure your appointment turning away other potential bookings, we require a small deposit that needs to be paid on the day of your booking enquiry. This deposit acts as a pre-payment towards the cost of your services on the day.
Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable to other clients. We require a MIN 72 hours notice to cancel or amend your booking. If you cancel or amend your appointment after the 72 hrs your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. Deposits can be transferred to your rescheduled date and held on your file provided the min notice has been given.

If you fail to show up to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay the Full-service fee before we consider rescheduling. No shows who make no contact will be blocked from making any future bookings.

We require a minimum of 72 hour’s notice to cancel or amend your booking. Changes must be made during business hours.
Booking fees are non refundable and will be forfeited if an appointment is cancelled out of the 72 hour’s notice period.
*Extreme circumstances will be considered. -
A confirmation message is sent out 5 days prior to your appointment to allow adequate time for any changes to your appointment, if you need to reschedule your appointment your booking fee will be transferred as a credit to your next booking.

SERVICE GUARANTEE
Here at Lahoney Hair, we work hard to ensure that you are absolutely delighted with your services on the day. If at any time, you are not happy with the outcome of your hair, we will do our best to rectify any issues to your satisfaction at no charge to you, if the following conditions are met;
You notify the salon within 2 days of your original appointment.
The desired result during consultation is the outcome that was agreed to prior to the commencement of services, not simply a change of mind after completion.
You return to the salon for any corrective work within 7 days of your original appointment. For this reason, we do not offer a monetary refund.
Your hair has not been altered in anyway by you or any other salon or persons.
